On 16 November 2023, we updated our Privacy By Design document with the following:
- Included the section “Free Text Entry” under Lawful Processing
- Reviewed to cover Co-Production use case
On 23 March 2022, we made the following changes.
- Confirmed that our service offering has evolved and we are now a Data Processor rather than a Data Controller
- Updated our Data Protection Impact Assessment as a result (please refer to our Privacy by Design document above)
- Updated our Privacy and Transparency Notice to confirm that ImproveWell LTD is not a Data Controller
On 1 July 2020, we updated our privacy policy to provide context about the information that we automatically collect on our marketing site and through our app as well as including the rationale for this data collection. In addition, we added Amplitude as a data processor. This tool will allow us to understand which parts of our web application are used and gives important information for improving user experience.
On 20 May 2018 we made the following updates in preparation for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- We created this dedicated Privacy Centre to help you find the information you are looking for
- We updated our Privacy and Transparency Notice so that is it much clearer, easy to read and simple to understand
- Our Privacy and Transparency Notice details how we collect, use, share, store and protect your Personal Data in-line with the GDPR
- Our Privacy and Transparency Notice also details your Information Rights which we are committed to supporting you with
- We also updated our Cookie Policy to explain exactly which cookies we use on our website and how you can manage these: www.improvewell.com/cookie-policy
On 16 February 2020 we made the following updates:
- We clarified how information collected through the “How I’m Feeling” functionality is presented to participating organisations
- We advised that to help organisations measure improvement over time, we may analyse the tone or “sentiment” of free text submissions in aggregated, de-identified form
- We provided information for Data Subjects in the EU
