ImproveWell appoints Emily Withers as Customer Experience Lead

28 May 2019, London (UK): ImproveWell LTD announces the appointment of Emily Withers as Customer Experience Lead.
Emily brings a strong combination of analytics and operational expertise to ImproveWell. Most recently, Emily was a People Analyst at Improbable, a leading UK technology company, where she was responsible for the design, creation, and development of Improbable’s first People Analytics function to support a growing international organisation of 400 employees. Prior to joining Improbable, Emily worked at Pittards plc where she initially supported human resources and sales functions, and was subsequently promoted to Logistics Controller. Having managed multiple projects involving a variety of internal and external stakeholders, Emily has a proven track record of shaping and growing business functions. Emily holds a master’s degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Bournemouth and a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth.
